Kim Minos BHSc., ND, Grad Dip. Western Herbal Medicine

Kim is the faculty head of the Insight Foundation's School of Naturopathy, which will be offering an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy later this year.

For the past 14 years Kim has been working in the field of complementary medicine as a naturopath, presently running a Clinic of Complementary and Natural Medicine in Quinns Rocks, North of Perth. He has lectured in herbal medicine at Victoria University and worked as a consultant for the creation of postgraduate studies in complementary medicine in the School of Nursing at Monash University.

With qualifications including Bachelor of Health Science in Natural Medicine, Post Graduate Diploma in Western Herbal Medicine, Diploma of Naturopathy, Cert IV TAA.

Kim has a deep passion for natural therapies, making some of his own remedies and developing his own essences. He loves working with people to assist them to empower themselves and improve their state of health and wellbeing in a natural way. Over the past 30 years Kim has worked in many aspects of the herbal medicine field, commercially growing, harvesting and manufacturing herbal medicines, creating a herb growers co-operative and web based portal for their herbs.

Kim's previous experiences include working in landscape design and construction where he consulted with school and community groups facilitating environmental awareness programs, bush land re-vegetation projects and establishing school environment groups.

Kim enjoys family life with his partner and children. He has a strong love and connection with the natural environment, enjoys bushwalking and has worked in a variety of roles to further the

preservation of our natural environment.
