This course offers a unique learning environment in the field of complementary medicine, where students are able to study the rewarding principles of Naturopathy and at the same time, undergo the process of discovering and actualising their possibilities and potential as a human spirit enabling them to bring this into all aspects of their life.

Insight Foundation Inc. holds to the understanding of “know thy self” as the foundation for growth and healing. To be a true effective healer one must undergo their own processes of discovery, transformation and integration. The principle of “Healer Heal Thy Self” is incorporated into the study material of this course as a living, experiential process.
We seek to assist students to become more whole and integrated as physical, emotional, mental and spiritual beings and to bring this into their work as a Naturopath and to all areas of their lives. Through this the potential within each student is nurtured and encouraged so they can bring forward their own unique abilities in their work as a Naturopath and Healer.

This course provides graduates with specialist naturopathic clinical knowledge and skills to become future leaders within the naturopathic profession.
The subjects include in-depth studies in medical sciences, research, herbal pharmacognosy, clinical herbal medicine, nutritional biochemistry, clinical nutrition, dietary medicine, pharmacology, clinical case taking, communication and professional interaction, and a strong understanding of the principles that create health and healing.

Students will learn the skills necessary to operate and manage a clinical practice with a strong emphasis on patient care, the healing interaction and assisting patients to become responsible for their own health and wellbeing.
